  29. I just opened a new bank account. How do I order business checks?
  30. Most banks provide a few temporary checks for new customers. You can request them if they don't automatically give them to you. These temporary checks should be pre-printed with your bank's routing number and your account number. Use two of them for your order. Void one of them, to be used as a model; make the other one out in the amount due for your order.
  31. I've used up all my personal checks. Can I still place an order for checks with you?
  32. Yes. Go to your bank and request a set of temporary checks. Send us one voided check and one check made out in the amount due for your order. If your bank sends you your canceled checks, you can send us one of those as a model and use a temporary check to pay for your order.
  33. Do I risk having my checks rejected because they weren't printed by my bank?
  34. No. Actually, banks don't print their own checks. They take orders from customers and pass them on to check printers. BusChecks.com, like all check printing companies, must follow certain exact specifications in printing checks and other financial products. You can rest assured that our laser printing process creates checks that meet the specifications set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
  35. Do I risk having the bank refuse to honor my checks if they were custom-printed by BusChecks.com?
  36. No. If your checks were printed by BusChecks.com or any other qualified check printing company and meet or exceed specifications set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the bank cannot refuse to honor them.
  37. I placed my order with BusChecks.com via the web. Can I cancel the order?
  38. If the order has not been printed, you can cancel it, but you will still have to pay a service charge of $5.00 per line item.

If the order is already printed, only the shipping charges can be refunded. You will still have to pay a $5.00 service charge.
  39. What happens if the Post Office or FedEx returns my checks to you as undeliverable? Say my address is printed incorrectly on the box -- what then?
  40. If your package is returned to BusChecks.com by the post office or FedEx for any reason, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. You can arrange to have your package re-shipped for $4.50 per box of checks plus additional shipping costs.
